This picture was taken down the road from my house. The road is surrounded by the immense amount of nature that can be found in Taos. The car and the telephone line show the influence (though small) that people have on nature while the shoes hanging from the wire, show how people are further using man made influences outside. It successfully captures the subtlety and and large nature to man made ratio that makes northern New Mexico extremely stunning.
