Betty Hahn is a photographer who experimented with alternative photographic processes. Many of her artworks look like paintings or collages, rather than photographs. In her series of flowers, she creates botanical illustration-like images of flowers with cyanotype and lithographic processes. An advantage of these processes is that artists can create photographs that can be drawn on and altered in a handcrafted manner that looks different from usual photographs.
